Why this exists
An Ethiopian birr card cannot settle a recurring charge in US dollars, so OpenAI, Anthropic and Google all decline it at checkout. That is a banking limit, not a fault with your card, and no VPN changes it. We pay the dollar charge; you pay us in birr.
The account is yours
It is created on your own email address and you hold the password. Nothing is set up in anyone else's name and nothing is used by anyone but you.
