Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to deliver an order you placed and to support it afterwards. We do not run analytics, we do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.

What we collect

When you place an order through this website:

• A delivery contact — the Telegram handle, WhatsApp number or phone number you type in, so we can send you what you bought.
• Your name — optional. The field is marked optional and orders go through without it.
• Your payment screenshot and the reference number, so we can match your payment to your order.
• What you ordered — the service, the duration and the price.

That is the entire list. We never ask for your card details, your bank login or your password, and you should not send them to us.

What happens to your payment screenshot

It is uploaded to private storage that is not publicly reachable, and it is read automatically to pre-fill the amount and reference so you do not have to type them. Only Abel can open it, and it is kept for as long as the order needs supporting.

Where it is stored

Order records are held in a hosted database in Europe. Notifications of new orders go to our own Telegram account. Nothing is passed to advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is nothing here from Google, Facebook or any advertising network, and the page loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies' servers.

One thing is stored in your own browser: after you place an order, your order reference is saved in that browser's local storage so you can look the order up later without an account. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while your subscription runs and afterwards as a record of what you bought, so we can honour the replacement guarantee and answer questions about past orders. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

This service is intended for adults who can make their own payments.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
