We provide a subscription setup and payment service. You get a working account or your own profile, plus support for the entire period you paid for. Every order is logged against your payment reference, so there is always a record of what you bought and when it ends.
If your account stops working at any point during your subscription period, message us and we fix or replace it within 24 hours at no extra cost. This covers the whole paid period, not just the first few days. It does not cover account suspensions or permanent closures caused by "unusual activity" or violating a platform's Terms of Service or Usage Policy, or cases where a customer submits a platform appeal independently without contacting Bezuale support and waiting for our investigation first.
