Do you need Pro at all?
Canva Free does a lot, and for occasional posters and posts it may be enough. Pro is worth paying for if you design every week or work for clients. Canva lists what it adds:
- over 3.6 million templates, including the premium ones;
- over 141 million premium photos, videos, graphics and audio tracks;
- up to 5 Brand Kits, where Free has 1;
- the Background Remover, scheduling for social posts, and 100GB of cloud storage.
Pro also has more of Canva's AI tools than Free, but not unlimited use. Canva sells heavier AI use as a separate add-on, and it is not included in our price. Why the card at Canva's checkout fails

- Pick the length. The full price shows before you commit.
- Pay from your phone. Telebirr or CBE Birr, Awash or Dashen. Send the exact amount to the account shown at checkout.
- Upload the confirmation screenshot. Add the transaction number from your SMS, so the payment is matched to your order.
- Get upgraded. The upgrade needs one sign-in to your Canva account. Your password goes only to the person doing it, is not stored with your order, and you change it once we confirm delivery.
If something goes wrong
- You paid but have not heard back. Send your order reference and transaction number to @itsabelb on Telegram.
- Pro stops working before the period ends. Our rule is on the replacement and refunds page: a fix or replacement within 24 hours for the whole period you paid for, or a refund for the part you did not receive.
- Your account is placed on hold or suspended by Google. Account suspensions or permanent closures for "unusual activity" or violating Google’s Terms of Service or Usage Policies are caused by user activity and are strictly not covered by warranty or eligible for a refund or replacement.
